Postage and packing charges
Charges are based on the costs of packing materials, preparing the goods for distribution and the cost of either the airmail postage or courier service. All rates are in British Pounds Sterling and cover postage charges via the Royal Mail or other carrier used, and will depend on the size and weight of the book(s) you order.

If you are ordering from within the UK, we shall despatch your book(s) by either first class post or courier service, depending on the quantity and the most cost-effective delivery method. You should receive your goods within 1 to 3 working days.

If you are ordering from North America, we will send you the goods by an international mail provider, for delivery within 5 to 7 working days, depending on where you live and the size and weight of the parcel to be delivered.

Customs information
When ordering books from us for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t estimate what they will be.

Customs policies vary from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, it’s important to note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of our order by product type.

Returns policy 
You may return most new items shipped by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the international mail provider specified by us to handle it. You may receive your refund more quickly. The time period covers the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we’ve received it (3 to 5 working days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 working days). We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the return item.

We cannot accept returns after more than 30 days after delivery.
